We begin our journey by visiting an exciting Ecuadorian local market
The journey begins visiting a local market for a comprehensive lesson on how to select the right ingredients for our meal.
Next, arrive to our restaurant kitchen for our Ecuadorian ceviche demonstration.
We begin our class with our starter demonstration that will be our typical shrimp Ecuadorian ceviche (please look above).
Then we will learn how to prepare a traditional Ecuadorian soup that is the locro (typical potato soup) and then we will finish our class with a traditional entrée that is the llapingacho (potato patties accompanied with rice and either meat or sausage). Enjoy!
